MOUSSE CAKES & ENTREMET

Sucre Patisserie specializes in luxurious French style mousse cakes & entremet.

These cakes typically consist of 2 layers of either chocolate or fruit based mousse with 2 layers of fluffy soft sponge cake. At your request additonal layers can be added, ie. jelly. All mousse cakes & entremets are glazed to match the flavour of the cake but colours can be customized to match your theme.

Below are popular flavour options, if you have any other flavours in mind please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Sponge: Vanilla bean or chocolate.

 

Mousse: Lemon, Belgian chocolate, coffee, chocolate hazelnut, salted caramel, raspberry and mixed berry.

A glazed mousse cake starts at $81.00 (serves 10-12 coffee cake sized portions). A select range of these are available to purchase in the online store with just 24 hours notice.

These cakes require refridgeration and aren't recommended to stay on display for longer than 30 minute in an air conditioned room.

Please allow at least 2 weeks notice for your custom cake or dessert order.
