Buttercream Cakes

If you are looking for a stunning cake which can be displayed throughout your event (without melting), requires heavy decorations, a topper or a cake with extra height, a sponge cake with buttercream is the variety you are looking for.

Specializing in the use of handmade Italian buttercream and butter sponge, custom cakes can be created to suit your flavour preferences, colour scheme and theme.

Below are popular flavour options, if you have any other flavours in mind please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Sponge: Vanilla bean, lemon, chocolate and coffee.

​

Buttercream: Vanilla bean, lemon, Belgian chocolate, coffee, hazelnut, salted caramel, raspberry and mixed berry.

​

A semi naked finish starts at $110.00 and a buttercream covered cake starts at $128.00 (serves 12 dessert or 20 coffee cake sized portions).

​

As these cakes are butter based they are best eaten at room temperature or 1-2 hours out of refridgeration.

​
