Sucre Patisserie provides a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, for people who want to learn from an award winning industry professional with international experience.
People who attend these classes are either wanting to update existing skills or are novices who are coming to learn a completely new skill. They also include people who want to come together with family and friends to celebrate a special occasion, or businesses wanting to do something different with their teams, so if you are interested in a custom made class please get in touch.
Everyone who participates learns industry quality patisserie whilst feeling comfortable and enjoying the experience as class numbers are kept small.
As part of attending the classes, complicated recipes are simplified and explained so you are confident, giving you the skills to achieve a successful outcome once you have left the class. This includes sharing recipes and insider tips and tricks plus knowledge on where to source the correct ingredients and tools.
All classes are held at 397 Magill Road, St Morris, just 6km out of the Adelaide CBD and tea, coffee and water (or a light lunch in the longer classes) are provided during the class.
There's also plenty of customer parking at the rear of the shop and in the surrounding streets to make finding a park easy.
