Our croquembouches are handcrafted to order using delicate choux pastry, fresh cream, and caramel. Because of their custom nature and the care that goes into making each one, we have the following refund policy:
Before Your Order

A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total order value is required to secure your booking.

Orders canceled more than 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date will receive a refund of any amount paid above the 50% retainer.

Orders canceled within 7 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are non-refundable. At this stage, ingredients have been purchased, preparation and production have commenced, and your booking has reserved production capacity that may have prevented us from accepting other customer orders.
On Pickup or Delivery
Please inspect your croquembouche upon collection or delivery.
If your croquembouche arrives:

damaged due to our handling,

incorrect from what was ordered, or
-
not meeting our quality standards,
please notify us within 2 hours and provide clear photographs. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
No Refunds
We cannot offer refunds for:

Damage occurring after pickup or once the order has been accepted.

Improper transport, storage, or handling after collection.

Changes of mind.

Failure to collect your order at the agreed time.

Natural variations in handcrafted decorations, caramel colour, or pastry appearance.
Weather & Caramel
Croquembouches are delicate desserts. Heat, humidity, and transport conditions can affect the caramel and overall structure. We provide care instructions with every order, and refunds cannot be issued for damage resulting from environmental conditions after collection or delivery.
Custom Orders
Custom-designed croquembouches, including personalised decorations, colours, flavours, or special requests, are made specifically for you. The 50% retainer is non-refundable, and orders canceled within 7 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are not eligible for a refund.
